Wiggle & Boom do Street Salsa

We continue our monthly Street Salsa classes on the first Monday of each month. This time Nigel May will be giving us a Body Isolation Masterclass, adding the Boom to your Wiggle! Body isolation is so important in Reggaeton, Bachata and in Salsa. It is a great way to make your routines look super smooth and funky! Nigel is the master of his art and will be divulging his immense wisdom on the subject in his usual fun and inclusive manner. Street Salsa is Salsa, but with a more "Street" or Hip-Hop feel to it. It has the same moves, but different footwork and styling... it is the Boom to your Wiggle! Body isolation is the ability to move one part of your body in isolation (independently) from the rest. The best example of this is the body roll. Last time we gave you an introduction to body isolation, this time we will be taking it up a notch and giving you a masterclass in body isolation.
