Ecstatic Dance + Go Wild Connect with others Community, Connection Music & Dance When 11 June 6pm - 8pm Where Studio One Nelson Investment $20 Brought to you by Embodied Freedom DJ’s Joey Joy & Jay from golden bay This is a drop-in event for all levels of experience and movement abilities. Arriving starts 5.45 for a gentle slow beginning and breathing space. We will begin together, gathering as a community. The soundscape will take us on journey within, awakening and designed for each one of the 4 Bodies (Physical, Emotional, Mental and Energetic Body). There will be holding through facilitation and prompts. We will end together with a circle of sharing and completion. This is lively, sweaty, expressive dance inquiry - to come home to our bodies, release unwanted baggage and awaken the artist within. The best way to have a great workout.
