Saddle up, Humboldt… 🤠 Every Wednesday, the Historic Eagle House and Phatsy Kline’s Parlor Lounge turn into your midweek Wild West escape. We’re spinning your favorite country tunes, pouring strong drinks, and clearing the floor for dancing, laughing, and a little boot-scootin’ freedom. Here’s how the nights shake out: First & Third Wednesdays Country Swing Nights Lessons with Contessa and Tony, plus plenty of time to dance it out. Bring a partner or find one when you arrive. Second & Fourth Wednesdays Line Dancing Nights Contessa leads the way with crowd-favorite routines that’ll have you hooked in no time. Time 6 PM to 8 PM for lessons and dancing But don’t roll in late… Happy Hour runs 4 PM to 6 PM, so come early, grab a bite, and sip on something tasty before you hit the floor. Expect rotating Wednesday drink specials, including our smoked Old Fashioned, plus a lineup of craft cocktails and mocktails that deserve their own two-step.
