Wild Wild Westie Thursday night BBQ and Dance Party

You're cordially invited to celebrate pre-Fourth of July at the Wild Wild Westie Thursday Night Kick-off Party and BBQ. The party will be located at the Knorr house, where guests will be treated to a Texas style BBQ dinner (ribs, sausage and chicken- oh my!), great WCS dancing and just plain lounging around and socializing! Doors will open at 7pm. BBQ will be served from 7:30pm until 9pm- if you come after 9, we cannot guarantee that any BBQ will still be available, so come late at your own risk! Water and soda will be available- otherwise it's BYOB. Your DJ's for the evening will be Helen Tocco and friends- they'll be spinning awesome tunes for you to dance to all night long!!! Dinner and dancing is FREE for all registered Wild Wild Westie weekend passholders (we'll have a check-in list with your names, so you only need to bring yourself!!!!) For non-weekend pass holders, there will be a $15 CASH ONLY entry fee at the door. We will only be initially selling 25 non-weekend passholder passes due to space limitations. If we have a lower than expected turnout - we will make an annoucement on the FB page. Hope to see everyone out partying with us on June 30th. RIDES if you are from OUT OF TOWN: Please USE this event page to arrange rides OR contact us at [email protected] if you need a ride to the BBQ from the hotel. PARKING: Please park on Hildago and not the cul-de-sac. There's a google map pic with a diagram of the parking areas (green) and areas we ask you not to park to respect neighbors (red). DUCKIES: There are baby ducks around the river/water area on Hildago - please take care! POLICE: Please be careful and respect speed limits, there have been some incidents regarding speed traps. We've been advised by the Knorrs to maintain speed limits!
