Wild Woman Awakening: a Sacred Rewilding Workshop, is a journey into the wild unknown of your liberated mind, body and soul. An invitation to explore and embrace your primal life force energy through sensual embodiment, ecstatic movement and vocal activation. A space where all of you is welcomed and celebrated, your rage, your grief, your pleasure, your vulnerability.. all of you. Lean into your most raw, authentic expression and lovingly peel back the layers of shame and self criticism that keep you from living, breathing and thriving in a state of ecstatic bliss. This workshop is for anyone looking for a safe space to free yourself from old stories that keep you playing small, dim your light, or keep you in fear of being seen.
