Come 10-15 minutes early. Reserved spots will be given away, starting at 11:50 am! These Northampton seasonal Underscores are open to people who already have a firm base in Contact Improvisation, have an interest in improvisation and composition, and have participated in at least one hour-long Underscore talk-through. Please keep this in mind when talking to people about coming to the event and invite people personally, rather than making public announcements about it. The Underscore is generally not led with verbal cues, so the idea is that people "know" it and come together to share the practice. Participants come for the whole duration of the event. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to make sure your spot is not given away. For experienced contacters who don't know the Underscore and would like to attend, or for Underscorers who want to deepen their understanding, Patrick Crowley will do a "talk-through" (for $3-5 donation; refreshers do not have to pay).
