Brighton Ecstatic Dance presents WINTER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION! We invite you to join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice at our heart based ecstatic dance event. We begin with a sacred cacao ritual to to raise our energy and connect deeply with one another and the present moment, then we drop into dance, leaving the inner-critic behind, liberating the body to find joy and freedom in movement. The music will take you on a journey through different moods, joyful, moving, uplifting, euphoric, funky, psychedelic... then we close the night with a sound meditation and space to socialise and connect. There will be light suggestions but this is a mostly unguided practice... surrender yourself to the music and let your body be the guide. We have an amazing private venue with professional sound and lighting plus a chill-out cafe. Tickets are £20 including cacao, or £15 for entry alone. No booking fees! THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT!
