Winter Soulstice Soundbath Meditation with Reiki Energy Healing

This Sunday, Sound Healer Jesse Buck will be hosting another Sounbath Meditation in honor of the Winter Soulstice. He will be joined by percussionist, Danny Drums & RMT / Reiki Master Dana Day Morrison for a night to relax, receive and connect with the energy of the Winter Soulstice. The Winter Solstice is the Earths natural New Year as it marks the end of the fall season and the beginning of the Winter Season. This day is known to have the shortest Day and longest night of the year. Which is a perfect time to create space for going inward and giving yourself the gift of self care. A time to connect to intention, to release what isnt serving you and open up to the gifts that this new year awaits. What to expect? Jesse & Danny will be creating the healing soundscape with many instruments such as all 432hz Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Drums, Flutes, Crystal Harp, handpan, tung drum and the sounds of the jungle. As the sounds weave you into deep relaxation, Dana Day will be walking around providing reiki energy healing to participants and helping to create a healing container. He began to study Yoga, Meditation and Vibrational Medicine while connecting to the wide varieties of healing communities in Toronto. He has completed 2 Yoga Teacher Trainings, 2 Sound Healing Trainings, Reiki Level 1/2 and many other trainings that support his work.
