WISH FOR THE PLANET: Ecstatic Dance, Yoga Nidra and Sound healing Ceremony

~Healing meditation for the world ~ Ecstatic Dance with Tefa and DJ -MK- ~ Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing with Ami One of our biggest wishes for the world and human collective consciousness right now is HEALING. The journey will begin with a powerful group meditation with focus on wishing healing, love and compassion to all the people in the world. When we pray together as a collective, the power of our wishes grows and multiplies. We invite you to come with an open heart as we plant a seed of healing in your heart and in the hearts of all beings around the world. Let’s magnify our voices and intentions together, and send out a prayer to invite in more love, empathy and compassion for this planet Earth, our mother Gaia. This will be followed by Ecstatic dancing with Tefa of Paxkan and DJ -MK-! Post dancing, we will journey through a Sound bath and Yoga Nidra (which translates to Yogic sleep) with Ami. We will finish with an integration and sharing circle at the end of our journey. Please bring a journal if you would like to take some notes after the session. Come flow and dance with us!
