This is a dance gathering — a full morning of free movement, live sound, and song, held in a circle for those who feel something wanting to shift, or who just know they need to get out of their heads and into their bodies. We will move deep waters together through movement, sound and community. No experience needed. Just you showing up and letting the music do what it does.
