Women's Day Special ~ Zouk Workshops

Join us for a Women's Day special workshop where we celebrate women's power and versatility through movement. Open to all women with previous Zouk experience (from starters to advanced level). Learn an empowering dance routine combining Brazilian Zouk fundamentals with a touch of Lambada and lots of styling. Led by Juliana Lima, a dance instructor specialized in Brazilian dance styles and with a background in Fitness, the workshop will include warm-up exercises, technique, fundamental concepts, and styling in the first hour. In the second hour, we will comment on the role of women in partner dancing, and play with the concepts of leading and following. It's going to be our moment to explore together more ways to express ourselves and feel empowered on the dancefloor. When: 8th of March from 6-8 PM, followed by a Brazilian Zouk night at Rio Rhythmics. Where: 163 Boundary St. - West End.
