WORHSHOP JB MINO

JB Mino è nato e cresciuto a La Roche-sur-Foron (Francia). Scopre la danza all’età di 17 anni, e, dopo aver provato diversi stili, si appassiona al jazz e allo swing. In seguito incontra Tatiana Udry e con lei inizia a studiare il ballo di coppia, in particolare il lindy hop, esibendosi anche in svariate competizioni e performance dedicate a questo genere. Più avanti si concentra sullo Swing con Andy Spitz, a Lione, e poco tempo dopo incontra Thomas Blacharz, fondatore dello Swing Jammerz. Quest’ultimo incontro rappresenta una svolta nella sua vita: JB si trasferisce a Montpellier, si crea un suo stile dinamico e comincia a vincere competizioni in tutta Europa. Il suo insegnamento si basa principalmente sulla musicalità, sul rapporto guida-seguace (lead/follow) e sul footwork. JB sarà con noi a Palermo per un altro meraviglioso fine settimana di studio e divertimento il 20 e il 21 dicembre! He discovered dance at the age of 17 and, after trying several styles, became passionate about jazz and swing. Later, he met Tatiana Udry and started studying partner dance with her, focusing especially on Lindy Hop, while also performing in various competitions and shows dedicated to this genre. Then he went on to focus on Swing with Andy Spitz in Lyon, and shortly after met Thomas Blacharz, founder of the Swing Jammerz. This last encounter marked a turning point in his life: JB moved to Montpellier, developed his own dynamic style, and began winning competitions all over Europe. His teaching is mainly based on musicality, the lead/follow connection, and footwork. JB will be with us in Palermo for a wonderful weekend of study and fun on December 20 and 21!
