Work Hard, Play Hard - SUMMER BOOTCAMPS

Ola everyone! Ready for the summer?!? 😎☀️ Our weekly classes in Utrecht will take a pause in August, but we have a special plan for this month! Every Tuesday in August you can join one (or all!) of the Work Hard, Play Hard summer bootcamps, where we will dive deep into fundamental techniques of Brazilian Zouk which we don't always get to train indepth during our weekly classes. Lisa has been preparing these bootcamps for MONTHS and is excited she now can share her plans with you! THE CONCEPT Every week will have a different topic: 1. Footwork 2. Frame 3. Turns 4. Solo Choreography (true bootcamp-style 😉) Every week we will train together for 3 hours, and then we will have a 1 hour social/practice to blow off some steam and have fun! We're aiming to have at least 50% of the bootcamp working solo (or doing non-zouk-steps exercises with a partner), and this is also why these bootcamps are for everyone, leaders and followers, from level 2 and up! Advanced dancers: these bootcamps are my (Lisa) dream come true and I just wish I had the opportunity to take classes like these myself a few years ago, so COME and WORK HARD cause this is where your true improvement lies! Beginner/intermediate dancers: this is your best opportunity to take a shortcut in your dance development and make the regular classes easier to follow! 😎💪🏻 IMPORTANT INFO: There will be 35 spots for every bootcamp, and FULL = FULL.
