( for english scroll down ) WORKSHOP CONEXIÓN A DOS 12 Y 13 DICIEMBRE 2015 VALENCIA CON ANDERSON & BRENDA Estudiaremos profundamente algunas técnicas fundamentales para el baile de pareja y dar a entender que antes de conectar con el otro es necesario conectar con uno mismo, para ello utilizaremos técnicas de Eutonía, anatomía aplicada al movimiento y fundamentos básicos de Lead & Follow. ¿A quién va dirigido ? A todos los niveles de baile de pareja, como: Bachata, Zouk Brasileiro, Kizomba, Salsa, Tango, West Coast Swing, Contact e Improvisation. ¿Qué aprenderemos en el curso? - Sintonía y armonía a través del abrazo - Gestión de la energía - Exploración de los límites del eje - Tensión y relajación muscular potenciando el uso consciente del la musculatura. - Posibilidades de transferencia de peso aplicada a cualquier ritmo de baile social - Conocer diferentes formas de trabajar el Lead & Follow - Impulsión e Inducción y cómo aplicarla. - Diferentes técnicas de conexión a través de las piernas. ¿Quién imparte el curso ? Curso impartido por Anderson Mendes & Brenda Carvalho , bailarines de reconocimiento internacional. Gracias al profundo dominio de la conexión y profesionalismo en diferentes disciplinas como, tango, kizomba, zouk brasileño, samba de pareja y Salsa son una de las parejas más importantes del mundo. What we will learn in the course? - Tune & harmony through the embrace - Energy Management, - Explore the axis limits - Tension and muscle relaxation enhancing the conscious use of the muscles. - Possibilities of shifting weight applied to any social dance - To know at least 10 ways to work the Lead & Folow - Impulsion and Induction connection and how to apply. - Different connecting techniques through the legs. Who teaches the course? Course taught by Anderson Mendes & Brenda Carvalho, internationally recognized as one of the most important dance couples in the world for their mastery and professionalism in various disciplines, Tango, Kizomba, Brazilian zouk, Couple samba and salsa.
