English below. Workshop i kontaktimprovisasjon - fysiske skills Inspirert av den forrige workshopen “Back to Contact” kommer oppfølgeren, med fokus på teknikk og øvelser. Dette er vår vending tilbake til det mer konkrete håndfaste flisespikkeriet ved kontaktimprovisasjon(KI). Vi håper at verktøyene vi skal dele denne helga vil ta deg videre inn i poesien KI kan være. Temaer for workshopen er: ruller: gulvteknikk og initiering med ulike kroppsdeler “multidirectionality” i rolling point of contact inversjoner: opp-ned og håndstående momentum i løft og hopp Etter workshopen på lørdag inviterer vi til jam. Denne er gratis for deltakere, og åpen for andre som ikke er en del av workshopen. This is our turn back to more concrete and tangible aspects. We hope that the tools we will share this weekend will take you further into the poetry CI can be. Themes for the workshop are: Rolls and floor technique. “Multidirectionality”. Inversions: upside down and handstand. Momentum in lifting and jumping, clashing. After the workshop on Saturday, we invite you to jam. This is free for participants, and open to others not part of the workshop.
