It is most easy and most fun to dance with a lady who dances to the music. In that case it is only a matter of inviting her and offering her directions for her own moves. In the other case, if a lady tries hard to follow the leaders moves, and forgets about the music, the need to really and actually "lead" her can become quite a job to do... And the lady will actually feel more the "work of following" than the joy and inner harmony of dancing tango as the part of an equal couple. So, ladies, if you want to start dancing, leave the work of following behind and start to listen to the music ;-) (Of course it´s also a matter of staying in contact, and we won´t forget about that one...). Es ist am schönsten, mit einer Frau zu tanzen, die wirklich selbst zur Musik tanzt. In dem Fall geht es nur darum sie einzuladen und ihren Bewegungen eine Richtugn anzubieten. Im anderen Fall, wenn eine Frau besonders darum bemüht ist dem Führenden zu folgen, und darüber der Musik nicht mehr zuhört, kann die Notwendigkeit sie tatsächlich "führen" zu müssen, eine wirkliche Aufgabe werden. Und auch die Frau wird eher die Anstrengung des Folgens spüren, als die Freude und Harmonie als Teil eines gleichwertigen Paares Tango zu tanzen.
