Saturday 17/12 14:00 - 18:00 Sunday 14:00- 18:00 The relationship that we have with our own bodies interests me, as I search to understand the body´s sensitivity by looking at everything that passes through it: the sensible, the testimonial, the feeling, the sensations, the esthetic, the emotions, the motion and the physical potential of the body. In “Dialogues in motions” this body knowledge is constantly put in direct relation with experiencing movement. The workshop is guided towards awareness of the body through intuitive and different approaches to movement. These approaches involve elements that come from contemporary dance, Improvisation dance and Lisa Nelson’s Tuning Scores, which we develop, integrate and replay. In this way we aim to observe and open the door to get in touch with our imagination as a tool to create movement and discover the “natural” character of our bodies. The sessions feed each other and oscillate between dynamic dancing and instant composition. “Dialogues in Motions” is a meeting for all levels and is open to bodies and ideas in different fields. Movers, workers, dancers and peoples that LIKE TO EXPLORE WITH THE BODY, who wish to expand the personal movement vocabulary are invited. Diálogos en Movimiento (Dialogues in Motion) received the support of the Ministry of Culture in Colombia in their project Formator of Trainers. (2014-2015) and have be part of Eix Festival, (Spain) Radical Contact 2016, (Sweden) Zajana master classes 2015.(Colombia). Within my work I have been interested about the concept of vulnerability, the game, the notion of time and the change or move as a constant condition in the state of things. My creative practice is embodied in actions in-stu in public spaces, video, happenings, using and applying tools of improvisation in/with dance. I´m a dancer of the District University of Bogotá, Faculty of Arts (ASAB) and Master of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels for the programs Art in Public Space (AEsP) and the Institute superior of Arts and Choreography (ISAC ).I has been part of the company’s Tercero Excluido(Col) Zajana Dance(Col) Collective La perforadora(Col) and dancer for choreographers Lynda Gaudreau,(Cn) Isabella Soupart(Bel) Orly Almi Shyputinowski HantkeMüller Margulis,(Is) Victoria Deluxe( Bel) among other companies.
