Workshop & Practica with Matias!

Like a phoenix from the ashes, a bear from hibernation…TangoFix is starting to reawaken from its cocoon! 🦋 To start, we are very excited and honored to organize a workshop for male-identifying and non-binary folks with the talented Matias Sotto, a queer tango teacher visiting from Buenos Aires. (TangoFix’s mission is to grow the men’s queer tango community💪.) The workshop will encourage role switching and will be followed by a practica to put those new skills to use. Details below. The understanding of this is crucial to get a nice circular movement. When to pivot and when to spiral. 💪 2:30-4:00pm - Practica! 💲 Cost: $25-$35 sliding scale, which includes the workshop + practica. Cash/Venmo/Paypal at the door.🙏 We would be very grateful if those with higher incomes can pay the higher rate to help offset the cost for those with lower incomes. He has dedicated himself to spreading Tango in Asia for the last 10 years, teaching in countries like Japan and China.
