Workshop "Scan your tango" with Yerpun Castro (Before La Roca)

Een aanrader voor iedere danser, of je nu pas net begint of al lang danst. De Argentijnse Yerpun is een fantastische danser/docent waar je veel van kunt leren. Hij heeft jarenlang les gegeven in Amsterdam, heeft op uitnodiging het afgelopen jaar in Azie workshops en lessen gegeven en is nu voor korte tijd weer in Nederland. Kosten: 15 euro pp, graag opgeven met een partner. Level: all. Deze workshop wordt gegeven voor La Roca waar Yerpun de DJ zal zijn. Uiteraard kun je los van de salon, deelnemen aan deze workshop. Op zondagochtend, 18 Augustus heeft hij tot vlak voor La Piedrita (13.30 uur) ruimte voor max 3 privelessen. Opgeven kan bij mij via een PM of via mail (50 euro voor 1 uur). Workshop "Scan your tango" content: Premise: Having a comfortable and flexible embrace that allows us to listen and adapt to the needs of our partner during the dance. Objective 1: Understand the functionality and organisation of our body. Points to work: Mastery of the axis and body weight, conscious postural reeducation and release of unnecessary tensions. Objective 2: Understand the fundamental role of dissociation as a tool of connection and containment in the embrace. Points to work: Improve own dissociation and use it as an engine of the leading and the accompaniment of the movement of follower. Objective 3: How to be LEADER "of the team" Points to work: Exercise sensitivity, suggest listening, building trust and complicity in the embrace, yield the protagonism, sharing movement, music, enjoyment.
