Lavoreremo per comprendere la struttura del movimento e la meccanica corporea: come viaggiano il peso, l’energia e l’intenzione. Scopriamo il peso nella nostra pisada, il sistema a spirale, le proiezioni e le pause. Esploriamo come l’intensità può crescere o ridursi. Scoprirai come dare significato a ogni gesto, pausa, trasferimento e giro. L’obiettivo è ballare con chiarezza e proposito. We will work to understand the structure of movement and body mechanics: how weight, energy, and intention travel. We discover the weight in our pisada, the spiral system, projections, and pauses. We explore how intensity can grow or decrease. You will discover how to give meaning to every gesture, pause, transfer, and pivot. The goal is to dance with clarity and purpose.
