Workshop: Tango and Body

EN During the TANGO MARATON DE ORO we invite you to WORKSHOP: Tango and Body. Daria Ivanova from Russia will lead them for you. It is possible to dance tango easily and beautifully, you have to only believe in your potential and work very hard on your body. When we see how masters and legends of tango dance we are impressed by the way how they work with music, have good embrace and their every move is full of energy. But behind all this is not only talent but also years of hard work. Workshop: Tango and Body is an exercises system. When they're done regullary they can impfove you balance, understanding of rotations and dissociations, they teach how to strenghten your feet, relax the neck and shoulders and you can feel how your whole body is dancing in tango. Workshops are intended for men and women. We recommend taking comfortable shoes and clothes. Poprowadzi je dla Was Daria Ivanova z Rosji. Tańczyć tango łatwo i pięknie to możliwe, trzeba tylko uwierzyć w swój potencjał i dobrze popracować nad swoim ciałem. Na nas wszystkich dobre wrażenie robi to, jak tańczą maestros i legendy tanga, którzy bardzo dobrze współgrają z muzyką, mają dobre objęcie i każdy ich ruch jest przepełniony energią. Jednak za tym wszystkim stoi nie tylko talent, ale przede wszystkim lata ciężkiej pracy. Warsztaty Tango a Ciało to system ćwiczeń, które robione regularnie, poprawiają balans, rozumienie obrotów i dysocjacji, uczą jak rozwijać stopy, rozluźniać kark i ramiona oraz głęboko poczuć jak w tangu tańczy całe ciało. Są to ogólne ćwiczenia korzystne zarówno dla partnerów i partnerek. Polecamy wzięcie ze sobą wygodnych butów i ubrań do ćwiczeń.
