THE WORKSHOP (italiano più in basso): THE ACTENTIVE ACT In the workshop we are keen to invite the participants to investigate four main aspects we consider essential in our practice as artists: the sensitivity of being, control of restrictions, availability to the unknown, and creative adaptation to challenges. The class will address movement efficiency and explore the range of creativity given by a better understanding of our movements' physical boundaries. - Playfulness - will be the main tool for discovery and exploration both in our movement improvisations and in our interactions. We will seek greater awareness of our structure's patterns through games tackling stability and accuracy helping our decision making both in improvisation and in partner work. We will play with the plasticity of our imagination through physical and creative challenges and use it as a source for instant composition. Training these principles will allow an articulated and expansive movement to be deployed in space. We are keen to share tools that allow participants to investigate their original movement and challenge their practice beyond technical constraints. We are interested in the quality of the relationships we cultivate with ourselves and others, forming a sensitive and responsive body that can unleash our imagination and support our performance state. From there, they began to share their practice facilitating workshops to movers and professional artists from a wide range backgrounds and are regularly invited to lead seminars in professional training institutions and programs internationally. Since 2020 they began co-creating as a company, developing their own choreographic research. LISARD TRANIS Lisard Tranis studied at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona and won first prize at the International Dance Competition, which awarded him a scholarship to the Peridance Capezio Center in New York. He later joined Verve, a graduate of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in England where he received the Outstanding Postgraduate Achievement Award. Lisard has worked and performed internationally with companies such as Guy Nader & Maria Campos, Lali Ayguadé Company, Phoenix Dance Theater, Hagit Yakira Dance, James Wilton Dance and José Besprosvany, among others. Lisard also teaches at various festivals and centres around the world and has a keen interest in continuing to develop his own language as a choreographer. CLEMENTINE TELESFORT Clémentine Telesfort is an award-winning dancer who performs and teaches internationally. Trained at TrinityLaban in London and later at the Verve Company of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, she has worked with companies such as Guy Nader and Maria Campos Company, Lali Ayguadé Company, Anton Lachky, Jamaal Burkmar and Gecko in England. Alongside acting, Clémentine has been developing her own choreographic language over the years and her works have been performed at various festivals throughout Europe. Since 2015 she has been invited to teach at different festivals and institutions. He also continues to train in different disciplines such as physical theatre and clown, contact-Improvisation or studying somatic practices and martial arts such as Systema (Russian Martial Art) and Play-fight with Bruno Caverna. In 2019 she curated and directed the first edition of an International Rural Cultural Festival, the PinkHouse Festival in the north of France. Studieremo l’efficacia dei nostri movimenti ed esploreremo le possibilità creative come risultato di una migliore comprensione dei confini fisici nei nostri movimenti. - Il Gioco - sarà lo strumento principale per la scoperta e l'esplorazione, nell’ improvvisazione come nell’interazione. Cercheremo una maggiore consapevolezza dei nostri pattern strutturali con giochi che ci stimoleranno ad acquisire maggiore stabilità e precisione, aiutandoci a scegliere nell' improvvisazione e nell’esplorazione con i partner. Giocheremo con la plasticità della nostra immaginazione attraverso sfide fisiche e creative e la useremo come fonte per la composizione istantanea. L'allenamento a questi principi ci consentirà di agire nello spazio con un movimento articolato ed espansivo. Desideriamo condividere strumenti che permettano ai partecipanti di indagare sul loro movimento originale e sfidare la loro pratica oltre i vincoli tecnici. Siamo interessati alla qualità delle relazioni che coltiviamo con noi stessi e con gli altri, allenando un corpo sensibile e reattivo che possa liberare la nostra immaginazione e supportare il nostro stato performativo. Da lì, hanno iniziato a condividere la loro pratica insegnando in seminari destinati ad artisti professionisti con formazioni molto differenti tra loro e sono regolarmente invitati a condurre seminari in istituti e programmi di formazione professionale a livello internazionale. Dal 2020 hanno iniziato a co-creare come una compagnia, sviluppando una propria ricerca coreografica. Lisard insegna in festival, centri di studio in giro per il mondo ed ha particolare interesse a continuare a sviluppare il proprio linguaggio come coreografo. CLEMENTINE TELESFORT Clémentine Telesfort è una danzatrice pluripremiata che si esibisce ed insegna internazionalmente. Formatasi al Trinity Laban di Londra e successivamente alla Verve Company della Northern School of Contemporary Dance di Leeds, ha lavorato con compagnie come Guy Nader e Maria Campos Company, Lali Ayguadé Company, Anton Lachky, Jamaal Burkmar e Gecko in Inghilterra. Oltre alla recitazione, Clémentine ha sviluppato negli anni un proprio linguaggio coreografico e le sue opere sono state eseguite in diversi festival europei. Dal 2015 è invitata ad insegnare per festival ed istituzioni. Continua inoltre ad allenarsi in differenti discipline come teatro fisico e clown, Contact Improvisation o studiando pratiche somatiche e arti marziali come Systema (Arte Marziale Russa) e Play-fight con Bruno Caverna. Nel 2019 ha curato e diretto la prima edizione di un Festival Internazionale della Cultura Rurale, il Pink House Festival nel nord della Francia.
