At the age of 15, Rocio Analia de Los Santos and Luciano Joel Capparrelli began to study tango with the tango teacher Mario Morales in Buenos Aires and began to participate in competitions such as youth tournaments in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As the title goes, they were on fire.” The New York Times, Nov. 2006.
