WORKSHOPS INFORMATION *Audition information will follow* Intensive workshops for anyone interested in working on the in-depth technical principles of partner dancing and turns technique which includes the following topics: Biomechanics of partnerwork Musical timing Step technique Lead and follow arms technique Partner spin technique Individual spin and turns technique Women's and men's styling Weight shift Direction changes Rhythmic arms and turns Linked, loose and complex combinations The class includes a technical breakdown of each element so learners know what to do from start to finish. All sequences will be worked on to ensure that each point is practiced. The objectives are to represent two styles of Latin rhythms nationally and internationally. These can be social events, private events, shows and competitions. We are also looking for responsible, committed, disciplined and passionate people who wish to expand their skills and knowledge in Latin rhythms. For this purpose, technical and biomechanical training will be provided to help its members to improve their stage performance, their stage projection and to deepen the development and mastery of home style through a choreographic format. Team Bachata audition 2-3pm Team Salsa audition 3-4pm Requirements: - Comfortable clothing ( preferably black sportswear. No zippers, logos or buttons - Small towel - Water Women: Heels ( no flat shoes, no jazz or ballet shoes, no barefoot , no sneakers ).
