Just waiting on studio to confirm times tomorrow , all being good I will be running 3 workshops in Cardiff on Tuesday evenings

The format will be
7pm Ladies Shines On1 general level shines routines
8pm body isolation and movement men and women welcome
9pm cha cha basic cha cha cha set to music men and ladies welcome
1 workshop - £10 - £12 on the door
2 workshops - £16 - £20 on the door
3 workshops - £20 - £25 on the door
15 persons max in the studio.
I will put up a poll to keep track of your choices and check it against payments
