Workshop 1: The Embrace Explore practical applications of the embrace tailored to specific moments in the dance. You will learn adaptable body positions and how to use the frame to move confidently across a range of situations. We’ll cultivate your awareness of how the body shifts within the embrace and where internal adjustments occur to suit different scenarios. Through targeted exercises and thoughtfully sequenced drills, you’ll develop a strong, secure connection that supports a more balanced, reliable, and expressive dance. Workshop 2: Choreographic Sequences Learn accessible choreographic sequences featuring striking elements such as ganchos, sacadas, barridas, and soltadas that expand your movement vocabulary. These sequences are designed to inspire creativity and provide a foundation for developing your own variations. You’ll also sharpen precision, control, and overall execution, allowing you to perform with greater confidence and style.
