Workshops with Tekla Gogrichiani& Juan Manuel Acosta in Zurich

Welcome to the classes of wonderful people and amazing dancers- Tekla Gogrichiani and Juan Manuel Acosta who gonna perform at charity milonga for Ukraine “LA LUZ” 14 June. Saturday and Sunday we invite you to explore some interesting topics in tango, learn and grow together. We will work on different levels of sacadas, focusing on understanding their mechanics, and will discover how circularity influences the depth and timing of the movement. (COUPLE registration) 2. Saturday, 13 June. 17.45- 19.00. Displacement, Projection, and Movement with intensity. We will explore how to move through space with clarity and intention. We will work on displacement along the floor, developing projection through the body, and cultivating a strong, grounded connection with the floor. The material will be applied through examples from the orchestras of Troilo & Pugliese. (COUPLE registration) 3. Sunday, 14 June. 13.15-14.30. SPEED! Body resources for dancing fast and the importance of the free leg in the movement. We will play with the variation and explore the speed in the funniest and the most pleasant way. (COUPLE registration) 4. Sunday, 14 June. 14.45-16.00. Technique for both roles. The topic that we all should work on, reviewing our skills and upgrading them. Let’s discover the mechanics of the movement together.
