Workshops with the Maestros Roxana Suarez & Sebastian Achaval

We are delighted to have Roxana Suarez & Sebastian Achaval teaching and joining the panel of Judges of the UK Tango Championship 2023 (which is part of the London Tango Week) Roxana and Sebastian are a major artistic contribution to the London Tango Week and the selected 4 workshops they will be teaching are an excellent opportunity to learn and practice, which should not to be missed. The workshops are for intermediated to advanced tanguer@s and it is always recommended to join then in couples. Please be aware that places for the workshops are limited and it is a really unique opportunity to have this incredible couple teaching in London. Their style is characterised by lightness and elegance, agility and precision. Both began to dance in their childhood. Roxana began to listen to tango while in her mother's belly and grew up in her grandmother's milonga, watching the best dancers of the time dance. Sebastián began studying tango in the city of Azul, in the province of Buenos Aires in 1995 and in 2005 he won the World Tango Salon Championship. In February 2007 they joined their paths and never stopped growing. In the beginning they worked teaching in renowned studios in Buenos Aires and exhibiting in Buenos Aires milongas. Very quickly tours around the world started to happen, and have come to visit all continents. Loved by all and sundry, they are invited to give workshops and participate in prestigious international festivals such as TanGoToIstanbul, Mallorca Tango Festival, Taipei Tango Festival, among others, and their presence causes great commotion, even in their native milongas of Buenos Aires. Since 2010 they perform in great theatres with Tango Mas Tango Company. They have also taken part as guest artists in Descarnados, The Show, from Sabrina and Ruben Veliz and El Cruxe, from Vanesa Villalba y Facundo Piñero.
