Todos los niveles son bienvenidos. World Ecstatic Dance with DJ Al Varo. Ecstatic Dance es un viaje no verbal hacia la apertura y la expresión, a través de la danza y el movimiento. Es un espacio más allá de la mente donde el cuerpo puede expresarse libremente, conectándose íntimamente con uno mismo y/o con el grupo. ¡Bailaremos descalzos y evitaremos hablar entre nosotros para mantener nuestra energía en crecimiento! La música será la única guía y ofrecerá un collage de diferentes ritmos y melodías que nos llevarán a vibrar en un sin fin de paisajes y sensaciones. Empezaremos suavemente, y poco a poco vamos a aumentar la energía para ir más allá de los límites cotidianos, ofreciendo una manera fácil de experimentar la alegría, el cumplimiento y la totalidad. Vamos a crear una atmósfera de conexión donde todos se sientan seguros y libres para bailar, expresarse, divertirse, explorar, dejar ir, ser vulnerables, descubrir ... Es adecuado para todos, sin importar la edad o la condición física. No se necesita experiencia en danza. It's a space beyond the mind where the body can express itself freely, intimately connecting with oneself and/or with the group. We will dance barefoot and avoid talking to each other in order to keep our energy growing! Music will be the only guide and will offer a collage of different rhythms and melodies that will lead us to vibrate in a never ending landscapes and sensations. Starting softly, and slowly we will increase the energy to go beyond daily based limits, offering an easy way to experience joy, fulfilment and totality. We will create an atmosphere of connection where everybody feels safe and free to dance, express themselves, have fun, explore, let go, be vulnerable, discover… It is suitable for everybody, no matter the age or physical condition.
