🌎 World Tour of Salsa September Special 2026 Mambo Wednesdays with Victor Alexis Travel the world, one dance floor at a time. Summer is coming to an end... Maybe you discovered salsa this summer. Maybe you danced at an outdoor social, on a terrace, at a festival, or while travelling. Now it's time to take the next step. Welcome to World Tour of Salsa, a brand-new September series created for social dancers who want to dance with confidence wherever they go. As Canadians, we love to travel. We explore new cities, new cultures and new dance floors. Every salsa scene has its own personality, musical influences and traditions. After more than 20 years of travelling, competing, performing and teaching around the world, I wanted to bring those experiences home. Every Wednesday we'll visit a different salsa destination—not by plane, but through music, movement and culture. ✈️ Our September itinerary 🇨🇱 Week 1 – Chile Celebrating Fiestas Patrias, we'll explore my roots, the music and the salsa culture of Chile. 🇲🇽 Week 2 – Mexico Festival energy, social dancing and the vibrant Mexican salsa community. 🇫🇷 Week 3 – Paris European elegance, musicality and connection on the dance floor. 🇨🇦🇺🇸 Week 4 – Toronto • New York • Montréal • Québec The influence of the Mambo capitals closest to home, and how to feel comfortable dancing anywhere you go. What you'll learn: salsa social skills & culture This is an Open Level class. We'll work on: Salsa On1 Mambo On2 Cha-Cha-Cha Social dancing Musicality Partner connection Dance etiquette How to adapt to different partners and different cities My goal isn't simply to teach combinations. My goal is to prepare you to enjoy every social dance—whether it's here in Ottawa, Toronto, Montréal, New York or your next salsa congress.
