Hello, Islanders!🙏♥️ Saturday, 13 March, we would love to invite you for the gratitude ritual in form of Escatitc Dance* around bonfire in our beautiful sacred and healing space at Aum. Expressing gratitude reduces stress, increases optimism and actually changes our brain. We can't think about better way of expressing gratitude than doing so with ecstatic dance with your loved ones around bonfire and relaxation in herbal sauna. Dancing is active meditation. When we dance we go beyond thought, beyond mind and beyond our individuality to become one in the divine ecstasy of the union with the Cosmic Spirit. This is the essence of trance dance experience. They are also more generous." – Rupert Sheldrake, Science And Spiritual Practices Music will be carefully selected by our artists who are in constant search for pure sounds within all subgenres in spectrum of electronic and shamanic grooves in order to send you on interesting and full of surprises, healing dance journey. Take with you all the things you would wish to thank for and see how the magic of being grateful brings the stream of new opportunities flowing towards and around you. We encourage you to bring a little piece of paper with the thing you want to give thanks for written down on it. There will be a special bowl for putting it and at the end of the journey everyone will can read it in order to get new inspiration. After the DJ set we will have a wonderful musical jam by the fire, to the sounds of throat singing, spacious hang-drum melodies, tibetan singing bowls and gongs!
