Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, loose fitting exercise clothing and a breathable mask. What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic dance is a freeform style of movement with the intention of guiding you towards a more embodied experience. The only rules are that you respect yourself and respect others while you honor your body, feelings, and truth, as well as those of others. That you show up in your authenticity, ready to let the music move you and be open to the experience.
