Together, they have the intention of bringing the worlds of Yoga and Dance together, as well as integrating the old and the new worlds to support the people of the village of Tzununa and to help city people to open their eyes to another perspective on life. ::About the training:: You’ll learn to speak the language of yoga, Vinyasa style. You’ll be introduced to elements of popular styles including traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow. You’ll learn a proven system for integrating elements from these and other traditions into an intelligent and cohesive style that is authentically yours.
