Nastao je dvadesetih godina prošlog veka, a pod njim podrazumevamo Charleston i Autentične Jazz korake tog vremena. Originalno se pleše uz Swing Jazz muziku, ali nije ograničen samo na taj žanr. Važna karakteristika Solo Jazz-a jeste improvizacija. Na redovim časovima u okviru kursa pažnju ćemo posvetiti učenju autentičnih koraka.
