Zest Freestyle - Friday 26 June

The Addison Centre is the home of Ceroc in Bedford, with Ceroc classes every Thursday evening and our monthly Friday night freestyles a regular highlight in the local dance calendar. On freestyle Fridays, DJ Marc keeps the main hall moving with a lively mix of classic and modern Ceroc tracks, chosen to suit both newer dancers and those with plenty of miles on the floor. Expect a good blend of familiar favourites, fresh finds, faster tracks, smoother moments, and plenty of music to keep the evening flowing. The bar is open on Friday nights, serving a range of soft and alcoholic drinks, and free tea and coffee are available at 10pm. Entry is £12, payable on the door by cash or card. Special offer: Dance with us on Thursday class night and come back for the Friday freestyle for just £16 in total. That’s two great nights of dancing and a £6 saving. Just ask at the door for details. 2026 Theme Nights In February and August, we host our much-loved Swing and Latin-themed Moondance freestyles — always popular with dancers who remember the classic Ceroc feel of the late nineties and early noughties. In May and November, we switch things up with Soul Train — a newer addition to the Bedford calendar that blends classic Motown and popular Disco with contemporary Pop and Soul tracks.
