ZOUK 🌀 NIGHT in Downtown Phoenix all zoukers, flow-ers, movers, aspiring dancers are WELCOME! 🤗 Miguel Sosa Menendez and I will be sharing one of our my most favorite ways to connect- a dance called, ZOUK! Dance is one of the most POWERFUL ways to connect with yourself and others! We will be guiding you to learn the foundations of Zouk, feel connection through partner work, and to be a better social dancer! • Zouk Basics + Foundations • Connect with your body/ Body awareness • Connection + Frame • & more! By the end of class, everyone will have an enhanced sense of their body awareness and have the basic knowledge of Zouk!
