LT Balandžio 25 d. laukia jaukus vakaras su bodywork praktikomis ir Zouk social. Kaip jau įprasta, pasitiksime su sodrios kakavos puodeliu, kuris suteikia progą akimirkai stabtelt ir labiau atvykti į kūną. 🙂 Pirmoji praktika - tai darbas su kūnu (bodywork) duodant ir priimant dėmesingą prisilietimą. Išmėginsime nesudėtingus būdus, kaip padėti kitam žmogui atsipalaiduoti, paleisti kūno įtampą ir parteklinę kontrolę ir kaip patogiai jaustis duodant masažą kitam. Antroji praktika - Zouk bodywork. Tai ta saldžioji šokio dalis ir labiau statiškas, kūno plastikos judesys, sekimas impulsu bei atsakymas, ką veikti kai nėra ritmo ar nori pailsėti šokdamas. As usual, we’ll welcome you with a rich cup of cacao - a moment to pause and arrive more fully into your body. 🙂 The first practice is bodywork - giving and receiving mindful touch. We’ll explore simple ways to help another person relax, release physical tension and excess control, and how to feel comfortable while giving a massage to the other. The second practice is Zouk bodywork. This is that sweet, more static side of the dance - focused on body flow, plasticity, impulse response and exploring what to do when there is no rhythm or when you want to rest while dancing.
