Bring snacks if like Steph you need to eat all the time, as we will have a short break to refuel After a month in Brazil growing our own dancing, we're so excited to be bringing back what we have learnt to share with you all 🤗💛 This intensive will explore: 🌟 Bringing the Brazilian confidence and fire to your dancing 🌟 Improving your connection to yourself, your partner and the music 🌟 Exploring different ways of expressing yourself and your creativity on the dance floor 🌟 Solo and partner exercises you can train to make your dancing more dynamic and interesting As this is a 3 hour intensive we will have more time to explore the little details which can make a big impact 🤓 It also allows you to consolidate and practise with a range of people. This way our bodies are able to absorb and understand the feeling too 😌 not just our minds intellectually understanding but not being able to put it into practice. Everyone who attends will receive individual feedback and dance with us too to make sure our feedback is personalised to help you get maximum value out of the sessions 🤗 This intensive is open to zouk dancers who are already comfortable with foundational footwork (basic, lateral, viradinha, lunge, simple turn, bonus, soltinho). Sadly this workshop is not suitable for those wanting to try zouk for the first time as there will be some assumed knowledge.
