Guarantee of participation in the event: 1.1 - The registration of a participant will only be valid when the full payment of the event's Fullpass has been made. 2. Ticket cancellation or transfer: 2.1 In case of withdrawal, the participant may give their ticket to another person, as long as they notify the organizer of the event until May 18th . Withdrawal without self-organized transfer: 2.2 –In case of withdrawal from participation between the 10th January and the 10th March, the event will charge a 50% withdrawal fee. 2.3 -In case of withdrawal from participation between the 11th of March and the 18th of May, the money can not be refunded anymore. 3. Event location 3.1 - The event will take place at the dance school “A Bailar”. 3.2 - Participants must respect and take care of the event space. 3.3 – Congress attendees can only be present at the venue during class and party hours.
