So we would like to inform you about the schedule as well as remind you about the event rules: Class schedule: Friday, 07.10.22 7 - 8 pm: arrival & registration 8 – 10 pm: class 1 10 pm – 1 am: Welcome Party ------------------------------------------- Saturday, 08.09.22 2 – 4 pm: class 2 --- 45 min break --- 4:45 - 6:45 pm: class 3 --- evening break --- 10 pm – 4 am: Main Party -------------------------------------------- Sunday, 09.10.22 3 – 5 – pm: Class 4 --- 45 min break --- 5:45 – 7:45 pm: class 5 8 pm – 1 am: Survivors- Party --------------------------------------------- We wish you that - after the dark times last year forced us to postpone the event – now, the positive energy of our beloved Brazilian Zouk may be able to warm up your hearts again and that your dance may bring as much joy into your lives as it brings to ours! Event rules: 1. Guarantee of participation in the event: 1.1 - The registration of a participant will only be valid when the full payment of the event's Fullpass has been made. 2. Ticket cancellation or transfer: 2.1 In case of withdrawal, the participant may give their ticket to another person, as long as they notify the organizer of the event until Octuber 6nd. Withdrawal without self-organized transfer: 2.2 – In case of withdrawal until September 3rd, the event will charge a 20% withdrawal fee. 2.3 - In case of withdrawal from participation between September 4th and Semptember 26th, the event will charge a 50% withdrawal fee. 2.4 - In case of withdrawal from participation between the 26th of September and the 3rd of Ouctuber, the event will charge a 100% withdrawal fee. 3. Event location 3.1 - The event will take place at the dance school “A Bailar”. 3.2 - Participants must respect and take care of the event space. 3.3 – Congress attendees can only be present at the venue during class and party hours.
