It's going to be HOT 🔥 --------------------------------------- RISK TOLERANCE: Zouk Heat is implementing measures to keep the event as safe as possible. Our precautions, however, aren’t the only factor in keeping this event safe. You will be required to present your vaxx card (either the physical card or a photograph) at registration. This is also denoted when you purchase your pass in Dance Place for this event. Failure to bring either your physical vaxx card or a pic will not constitute a refund. If you have attended any of the Summer Zouk Magic socials or any of District Zouk’s boot camps or workshops, where your vaxx card was checked, then you’re covered for this. 2) MASKS: Per CDC guidance, masks will be required for everyone. We will gladly provide masks for attendees to change as they may sweat. 3) TESTING: A Negative Covid test in required for entry. No exceptions. On-site testing will not be available. Failure to get your test done will not constitute a refund. PLEASE READ ALL TESTING INFO ON OUR WEBSITE: https://zoukheat.com/heatwave-weekender 4) DAILY SYMPTOM SCREENING: Each attendee & staff member will be required to take a quick & easy self-symptom screener located here on the Dance Place website the day-of the event: https://www.danceplace.com/covid/screening. Please snap a screenshot of your completed symptom screener & show that to us at Registration. You’ll need to do this each day of the weekend! 5) AIR FILTRATION: Our event venue is equipped with 4 hospital-grade air filters that run 24 hours per day in the event space. 6) NO FOOD NOR OPEN BEVERAGE CONTAINERS IN THE EVENT SPACE: No food nor open beverage containers will be allowed in the event space. All drinks must be in a closed container. Cups for water will not be provided, however, there will be a water cooler available to fill your own, individual, self-provided water bottles that you are welcomed & encouraged to bring. --------------------------------------- ONLINE PASS SALES ONLY: ----------------------------- 🔥 NO Cash nor cards at the door 🔥 NO 3rd party payments (Venmo, CashApp, etc) 🔥 All sales via our ticket page on Dance Place or the Zouk Heat website ----------------------------- 🎟 TIX PAGE: https://zoukheat.com/heatwave-weekender ----------------------------- 🔥 PASS TRANSFERS: No cost! Last day for Pass Transfers is: September 10, 2021! Once you make arrangements to facilitate payment between yourself - the original pass holder (AKA the seller) & the new pass holder (AKA the buyer), simply fill out this Pass Transfer Form, on the Zouk Heat website ( https://zoukheat.com/heatwave-weekender ), & we'll get the pass transferred in Dance Place. No worries! FYI: This is a MANUAL process on our end, so, the pass transfer isn't automatic. We promise to get it done before the event starts. Please make sure everything, especially the email of the new pass holder, is spelled correctly! 🔥 SCAM PASSES: Please be sure to check with us, via FB Msg or email (zoukheatdc@gmail), BEFORE you send money to anyone claiming to be selling a pass. Zouk Heat is not responsible nor liable should an attendee obtain a fake pass from a scam seller. Scam passes will not be honored by Zouk Heat. 🔥 SOCIAL ONLY PASSES: There will be very limited social-only passes available closer to the event as we have capacity limitations at the venue. Once they are sold out....no more will be added.
