Through movement and embodiment practices, you’ll gently shift out of the mind and into the body and heart. This workshop helps you connect with yourself, the group, and the energy of the weekend — so you can relax, arrive fully, and tap more easily into a feeling of flow and connection. 🔵 Zouk meets live Piano with Salome & Martin Start the day with Salome and Martin. We invite you to a mutual improvisation of dance and live piano. Inspired by SoulZouk and a wide range of dance experiences, we will open a joyful space for playful and creative movement. 🟢 Zouk Body Reset Workshop with Sebastian: Learn simple techniques to release neck, shoulder and back tension so you can dance Zouk with more freedom and less pain. In this workshop Swiss Osteopath and Yoga Teacher Sebastian Bartu C.O. will introduce you to the foundations of NeuroSomatic Reprogramming® (NSR) — a proven method he developed to reduce physical and mental stress, enhance mobility, and restore balance to the nervous system.
