Zouk Practica at Esquina Tango

Brazilian Zouk is happening at Esquina Tango! Hosted by Cliff Clive and Allison Crenshaw. Entry will be $7 - Venmo or PayPal preferred, but can do cash if needed! Practica 6-7pm — We’ll play some low music to give people a chance to practice together, give and receive feedback, socialize, and learn from one another. Hosts Cliff and Allison will also be available if newcomers have questions on the basics of Brazilian Zouk! Social 7-9pm (or later if needed) — Time to turn the music up and dance! Planned end time is 9pm but if we have the crowd, we will go later🕺 This is a perfect opportunity to give and receive feedback whether you are - a beginner Zouk dancer wondering if your basics feel quite right - an intermediate Zouk dancer wondering if your basics feel quite right - an advanced Zouk dancer wondering if your basics feel quite right - any level of dancer wanting to break down, analyze, and practice a specific move or pattern you've learned recently *** PLEASE NOTE that masks will be required at this event. *** We have made this decision based heavily on the fact that there are many members of our Austin Zouk community who are hesitant to resume social dancing, and we want to provide at least one option for those who feel more comfortable this way.
