Zouk Training

On the 24th LowLandsZouk will organize a training that will be taught by Nymf & Ariana. During this workshop D.j. Nymf would like to bring you back to the core of zoukdance and techniques (as we see it). Dancing is not just about combinations... Leaders need a precise lead, awareness of the steps the follower is making and musicality. Followers need to know when to wait for the lead and how and when to feel the space for improvisation. You will learn this, how to break down combinations into 5 basic steps and how to create your own combinations. In addition we will show you some contact improvisation techniques that can be used and experimented with during your dance. Through the use of yoga we will aim to improve body awareness and posture. The workshop will last 8 hours, price is 30 euro's. Registration is only final after payment. Please transfer your money to D.K.
