Zouk Training with Xandy Liberato and Special Guests In this course, I'll offer my updated vision of zouk and share my knowledge with the aim of helping all participants, regardless of their dancing experience, to train zouk with greater body awareness by applying the pillars of the Liberato Method. You will be able to learn a different way of training, in which you will discover the pleasure of training, creating and enjoying productive and fluid rehearsals, as well as exploring to your fullest potential the possibility of improvisation from your own way of moving, acquiring techniques that expand your Zouk vocabulary. We will work with the intention of training our bodies with the highest level of awareness possible, which means that we will dance and study movements that your body may not be used to and that you may never have done before. To do this, we will work organically, respecting the peculiarities of our bodies, and with an open attitude to the new. ➡️CONTENTS: ▪️ Breathing techniques applied to Zouk; ▪️ Different ways of dancing Zouk; ▪️ Improving your Zouk; ▪️ Infinite symbol technique; ▪️ Meditation technique applied to dance; ▪️ Zouk Talking: Sexual energy in partner dance; ▪️ Classes with special guests: ✨Luciana de Campos, ✨Anderson & Brenda, ✨Paloma Alves, ✨Carlos & Fernanda ✨Evelyn Magyari ➡️DATE - TIME The classes will be on Thursdays from 7 pm to 9 pm (Madrid Time Zone), starting on March, 4th and ending on June, 10th. Also, we have a special Zouk Training weekend on July, days 10th and 11th to finish the course, from 2 pm to 6 pm. The course has a 38h in total and all participants will get a certificate at the end of the full course by e-mail.
