How can you slow down, speed up, and truly connect through trust? She has experience in various dance styles, including Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Argentine Tango, and since 2018 she has been dancing Brazilian Zouk. She has been teaching Zouk for over five years, and in the past year she has taught at several international events. Her approach balances technique, flow, and expression. She helps dancers develop more surrender, softness and dynamic in their dance. Sidney Cardozo is a partner dancer with over 15 years of experience in Argentine Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Brazilian Zouk. Since 2019, he has trained with Zouk artists from around the world, building a strong foundation in technique, connection, and musicality. Drawing from his recent training in massage and yoga, Sidney brings a body-aware approach to dance, helping dancers move more efficiently, reduce tension, and improve balance, mobility, and longevity on the dance floor.
