This spring two big internatinal zouk teachers are coming to Sweden to teach us Intermediate and Advanced zouk. If you want to learn Zouk you should not miss this! Take this opportunity to jump on the zouktrain! About the intensive course: - We are gonna go through all the basics with footwork, leading and following. - Basic back and forth - Lateral /side step - Lounge - Bodymovements like bodyrolls, hips, easier headmovements( upper body isolations) - Connection and frame (very important and crucial in zouk) for those who already know these we will also practice boomerang/bonus. - Individually feedback About the teachers: Viktor and Jolene started dancing Salsa five years ago, moved on to Bachata and Sensual Bachata, (wich haves a lot of the same bodymovements like Zouk ) and one year ago they fell in love with ZOUK! They have been participating in congresses, taking a lot of workshops from proffessional international teachers ( like Bruno Galhardo, Carlos and Fernanda, William and Paloma, Leo and Becky). This fall they started a training group for Rio Zouk after joining on a zoukweekend with Leo and Becky who taught them the basics even more deeply. SOCIAL DANCE COMING UP: We will also start having zouk socials every thursday on Grammofon this spring with Wanna Dance. More info is coming soon.
