ZOUK WORKSHOPS with Tatchi Matz from São Paulo, Brazil

----- SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH ----- Két órányi workshopot fog nekünk tartani Tatchi Matz São Pauloból. Tatchi 2011 óta táncol zoukot, és 2019 óta tanítja. Jelenleg Európában utazik miután workshopot tartott a MAC Project-ben - Alex de Carvalho párizsi tanárkurzusán. Mint holisztikus és manuálterapeuta, Tatchi kifejlesztette a Szívtáncot (Heart Dance), ami egy innovatív módszer, ami a test mozgástartományát növeli a testre való figyelem és hallgatás által. Ezen a workshopon a szívtánc és a zouk keresztezésével megtanuljuk, hogy hogyan tudjunk még áramlóbban végezni a zouk fejmozdulatait. A követőknek ez egy csodálatos lehetőség arra, hogy mélyebbre menvén a megfelelő technikákban megtanulják tisztelni a saját gerincük mobilitását és mozgásterét. Tatchi és Mesmes ----- ENGLISH ----- We are going to have 2 hours of workshops with Tatchi Matz from São Paulo. Tatchi is a zouk dancer since 2011, and a teacher since 2019. She is currently travelling in Europe after giving workshops at MAC Project - Alex de Carvalho's teacher training in Paris. As a holistic and manual therapist, Tatchi developed the Heart Dance, which is an innovative method that aims to gain body mobility through self-listening. In this workshop, we will experience its foundations applied to zouk to learn how to flow better into head movements. For the followers, this will be a wonderful opportunity to learn how to respect your own spine mobility and limits, going deeper on the proper technique.
