Zouksoc Beginners VT 19

Välkomna till GRATIS nybörjarkurs i Brasiliansk Riozouk med start 23/1! Kursen kommer att hållas onsdagar kl.18-19 i Folkets scen, på Skånegatan 90. Kursen är uppdelad på två omgångar: Nivå 1 och Nivå 2, båda omgångarna är på 10 lektionstillfällen. Under kursens gång kommer vi steg för steg gå igenom grunderna för Brasiliansk Riozouk samt lära dig sätta ihop dessa till en bred variation av turer. Kursen ger dig en god känsla för zouk och du får tekniker som fungerar bra på socialdansgolvet. I kursomgångarna ingår även socialdanstillfällen, där du redan efter bara några lektioner kan ha riktigt kul! Nybörjare Nivå 1: Onsdagar kl.18-19 den 23/1 - 27/3 Nybörjare Nivå 2: Onsdagar kl.18-19 den 3/4 - 5/6 Förkunskapskrav: Nivå 1: INGA förkunskapskrav! Men det är alltid en fördel att ha varit med på en eller flera prova på klasser i zouk. Nivå 2: För att få gå Nivå 2 bör man ha gått Nivå 1 eller motsvarande kurs. Förbered dig: Varje del i kursen bygger på varandra, se till att boka in dessa onsdagar och att det fungerar för dig. Använd dansskor om du vill, inget krav. Kläder: avslappnat, din egna stil. Kostnad: Gratis för medlemmar i Zouksoc. Du kan bli medlem i Zouksoc vid kursstarten, 100kr/år. I medlemsskapet ingår de flesta kurser och socialdanser vi själva ordnar och undervisar i. Större event med internationella instruktörer är undantagna. Tider: Kursen pågår onsdagar kl.18.00-19.00. Vi börjar varje lektion 18.00 med lätt uppvärmning och avslutar med lite socialdans. I mitten och slutet av varje kursomgång ingår en practica (socialdanstillfälle). During the course we will step by step walk you through the fundamentals of Brazilian Riozouk and teach you how to put them together into wide variety of moves. The course will give you a good feeling for zouk as well as teach you techniques that work well on the social dance floor. During the course we will also provide opportunities for social dancing, where you already after a few classes will have a lot of fun! Beginners Level 1: Wednesdays 18-19 o'clock the 23/1 - 27/3 Beginners Level 2: Wednesdays 18-19 o'clock the 3/4 - 5/6 Prerequisites: Level 1: NO prerequisites! But it's always an advantage to have participated in one or more try out classes in zouk beforehand. Level 2: In order to be allowed to attend Level 2 you should have passed Level 1 or an equivalent course. Prepare yourself: Each part of the course is based on each other, make sure to book these Wednesdays and that they work for you. Use dance shoes if you want, no requirement. Clothes: relaxed, your own style. Cost: Free for members of Zouksoc. You can become a member at the start of the course, 100 SEK / year. The membership includes most courses and social dances we arrange. Except bigger events with international teachers. Time: The course takes place Wednesdays 18.00-19.00 o’clock. We begin each class at 18.00 with an easy warm-up and end with some social dance. In the middle and end of each course part there is a practica (social dance event) included.
