Welcome to an intensive course of ZoukSoc:s level 3! Are you an improver that couldn't make it to our course on Wednesdays? Or did u make it but want to refresh and practise more in detail to be able to do our level 4? Have you done a beginners course before in Zouk and want to improve? Then welcome to a whole day of Zouk to improve your skills! Price for the whole day: Free! Time: 10.00-18.00 Location: ÅF Solna, Frösundaleden 2A Previous knowledge: Beginners level 1 & 2 or equal (around 16+ beginner classes). Sign-up: https://goo.gl/forms/MRP7ztZtPHRa9ivg2 Schedule: 10.00-12.00 Workshop 1 (Basico, Laterau, Viraghina, Launge, Simple turn, Saltinio, Open / Open & Launge, One-handed Laterau) 12.00.13.00 LUNCH 13.00-14.45 Worskhop 2 (Yo-yo, Yo-yo variations, Bonus, Bonus variations & Patinja) 15.00-16.45 Workshop 3 (Bodyroll, Snake, Waves, Elastico, Elastico variations) 17.00-18.00 Workshop 4 (Head movement basics) Bring water, snacks and comfortable and warm clothing (warm clothing for the warm-up). Lunch is not incluced, so also don't forget to either bring your own lunch (unfortunately we do not have access to microwaves) or by it in close-by restaurants during lunch-break.
